Philosophy isn’t just for those in ivory towers (or, in my case, brick building). Below are some attempts of mine to discuss ethical issues in public forums, through opinion pieces, interviews, and blog posts. There’s also some links to music I made back in my youth…

Motivated Reasonings is a place for me to work out thoughts about ethics and science, inevitably shaped by my own values and preferences. The intended audience is intellectually curious people who care about ethics, politics, and the human mind. I plan to post at least once a month, keep everything free with no paywalls, and record voice overs for nearly all articles. I don’t like staring at screens all day either.
